Sous la houlette de sa Pr\u00e9sidente Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo, il sera certainement question au cours de cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, de dresser d&rsquo;abord le bilan des activit\u00e9s juridictionnelles et institutionnelles de l&rsquo;exercice \u00e9coul\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Aussi l&rsquo;occasion pour les juges constitutionnels ne manqueront pas d&rsquo;exhorter les autorit\u00e9s gouvernementales \u00e0 veiller au respect des textes en vigueur, \u00e0 faire preuve de lucidit\u00e9 dans la prise de d\u00e9cision \u00e0 l&rsquo;endroit des populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">La Cour constitutionnelle est charg\u00e9e de v\u00e9rifier la conformit\u00e9 des lois, de garantir le respect des droits fondamentaux et des libert\u00e9s publiques.
